Key Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Engineering
    (Civil / Electrical / Industrial or equivalent).
  • Over
    10 years of professional experience
    in project control, planning, and administration for
    railway and transport sector projects
    .
  • Specialized in developing and maintaining
    integrated project schedules
    , resource histograms, and progress curves using
    computerized project control tools
    (Primavera P6, MS Project, and Excel-based dashboards).
  • Strong understanding of
    project management processes
    , cost control, and earned value management (EVM).
  • Skilled in coordinating with multidisciplinary teams—engineering, procurement, construction, and supervision—to track progress, identify delays, and propose recovery strategies.
  • Proficient in preparing
    progress reports, risk assessments, KPIs
    , and project forecasts for management and client review.
  • Familiar with
    FIDIC-based contracts
    and construction planning best practices.
