We provide end-to-end project management services from start to finish with ongoing support and coordination. We do it all for our clients, from design to drafting, coordination, and management, planning, and scheduling, documentation to resource control.

Our mission at KGDR Consultants is to provide our clients with industry-leading project and program management services and provide robust support at every step of the way.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop, monitor, and maintain detailed project cost reports and forecasts throughout all project phases.
  • Track budget performance, commitments, and variances to ensure alignment with project financial targets.
  • Support the implementation and continuous improvement of project controls frameworks, tools, and templates.
  • Collaborate with project managers and engineering teams to validate progress, earned value, and financial health.
  • Manage project change controls and assess the cost and schedule impact of scope modifications.
  • Prepare monthly project performance reports, highlighting risks, trends, and actionable insights for leadership.
  • Contribute to the standardization and automation of reporting processes through digital tools or dashboarding platforms.
  • Partner with IT or transformation teams to enhance data visibility, analytics, and forecasting models.
  • Support internal and external audits, ensuring cost control and documentation accuracy.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Finance, Construction Management, or a related field.
  • 5–10 years of professional experience in
    project controls, cost control, or project financial management
    .
  • Strong understanding of cost tracking, earned value management, and forecasting principles.
  • Experience with
    digital transformation
    or process improvement projects is
    preferred
    .
  • Excellent analytical, communication, and organizational skills.
  • Proven ability to collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and deliver under tight timelines.
