Job Summary:

The position is focusing on implementing, and maintaining robust security operations to protect the organization's systems, networks, and data.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Manage incident detection, response, and remediation processes to minimize the impact of security incidents.
  • Conduct regular threat assessments and vulnerability management activities.
  • Ensure effective use of security tools, technologies, and frameworks, such as SIEM, IDS/IPS, firewalls, and endpoint protection.
  • Apply and monitor security rules and polices applied over all security hardware modules installed within the bank
  • Maintain compliance with relevant standards and regulations (e.g., ISO 27001, GDPR, NIST, PCI-DSS).
  • Conduct security audits and assessments to identify and address risks.
  • Maintain policies, procedures, and playbooks for security operations.
  • Provide training and development opportunities to ensure team members stay current with industry trends.
  • Foster a culture of security awareness across the organization.
  • Lead the response to major security incidents, including forensic investigations and post-mortem analysis.
  • Develop and test incident response plans to ensure preparedness.
  • Coordinate with external parties, such as law enforcement and third-party vendors, during incidents.

Job Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Cybersecurity, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in IT security operations.
  • Strong understanding of cybersecurity principles, technologies, and best practices.
  • Experience with security frameworks (e.g., NIST, CIS, ISO/IEC
  • Hands-on experience with security technologies like SIEM, EDR, and firewalls.
  • Certifications such as CISSP, CISM, CEH, or GIAC are highly preferred.
