Job Title : Social Media Specialist

Job Purpose

To manage and execute the company's social media and content strategy, supervise content creation activities, and ensure high-quality publishing across all platforms in line with marketing and branding objectives.

Key Responsibilities

Social Media & Content Management


• Create, manage, and maintain the company's social media accounts across all platforms.


• Develop and execute monthly content plans for all social media channels.


• Work as a Content Creator and oversee the production of digital content (posts, videos, reels).


• Write engaging and marketing-oriented captions while defining the brand's tone of voice.


• Schedule and publish content consistently (Publishing).

Team Supervision & Leadership


• Supervise and manage the content team (content creators, designers, video editors).


• Review, edit, and approve all content before publishing.


• Guide, mentor, and improve overall team performance and content quality.

Performance & Analytics


• Monitor and analyze social media performance and engagement metrics.


• Prepare regular performance reports and insights.


• Optimize content strategies based on data and analytics.

Coordination & Growth


• Coordinate with marketing and paid ads teams to support campaign objectives.


• Stay up to date with social media trends and adapt them to fit the brand identity.


• Propose innovative ideas to continuously improve brand presence.

Required Skills


• Strong experience in social media management and content creation.


• Leadership and team management skills.


• Excellent writing and communication skills (Arabic required, English preferred).


• Hands-on experience with social media scheduling and analytics tools (e.g. Meta Business Suite).


• Solid understanding of digital marketing and brand strategy.


• Ability to work under pressure and take full ownership of responsibilities.

Qualifications


• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Media, Business, or a related field.


• 3–5 years of proven experience in social media or digital content roles.


• Previous team leadership experience is a strong plus.


• Portfolio of previous work is preferred.
