Join our operations team as an Import Operations Coordinator, where you'll own the end-to-end import process for our clients—ensuring compliant, cost-efficient, and on-time delivery of shipments across Egypt.

We're looking for a highly organized Import Operations Coordinator to manage import shipments from port arrival through final delivery. You'll handle day-to-day coordination with agents, brokers, and suppliers, ensure full compliance with Egyptian import regulations, and provide clear, timely updates to clients.

Reporting to:
 Operations Manager

Requirements


• Bachelor's degree in Business, Logistics, Supply Chain, or related field


• 2–3 years' experience in import operations, freight forwarding, or logistics


• Strong knowledge of Egyptian import regulations, procedures, and market rates


• Experience preparing quotations and RFPs


• Fluent in Arabic and English


• Proficient in MS Office; strong research and data analysis skills


• Strong negotiation, organization, communication, and teamwork skills
