About the Role

As SmarterMinds continues to grow, we are strengthening our HR operations to support a multi-country team and ensure high standards across payroll, documentation, and employee support. We are looking for an HR Operations Specialist to play a key role in maintaining operational excellence. This role offers meaningful responsibility, a direct impact on HR processes quality, and the opportunity to bring structure, ideas, and improvements to operations.

Responsibilities

  • Prepare and maintain contracts for employees, partners, and clients
  • Support payroll and coordinate with finance
  • Maintain HR recods and databases for employees and partners
  • Assist with onboarding and offboarding, including documentation and system access
  • Act as point of contact to HR inquiries from employees, partners, and clients
  • Contribute to improving HR workflows, processes, and internal systems

About You

  • Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or Law
  • 2–3 years of experience in HR operations or administration
  • Fluent communication in English and Arabic (written + verbal)
  • Proven experience handling sensitive documents (contracts, payroll, employee files)
  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills
  • Ability to research, understand, and apply policies, procedures, and contractual requirements
  • Fast learner with HR systems and internal tools
  • Excellent skills in Excel, Word, and Microsoft Office
  • High level of discretion, professionalism, and ethical judgment
