Job Summary

We are seeking a motivated Digital Sales Representative to promote and sell our sports-related online courses. The ideal candidate will be passionate about sports and online learning, with strong communication and digital sales skills to engage potential customers, build relationships, and achieve sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

  • Promote and sell online sports courses through social media, online ads, and direct messaging.
  • Respond promptly to customer inquiries via WhatsApp, email, and social media channels.
  • Guide potential clients through course details, pricing, and registration process.
  • Maintain accurate records of leads, sales, and customer interactions using CRM tools.
  • Achieve monthly sales targets and prepare regular sales reports.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop online campaigns and promotional offers.
  • Provide feedback from customers to improve course offerings and service quality.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Proven experience in online sales, telesales, or customer service (preferably in education or sports).
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English and Arabic.
  • Familiarity with social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, etc.).
  • Passion for sports, fitness, or athletics is a strong plus.
  • Good negotiation and persuasion skills.
  • Self-motivated, organized, and target-oriented.
  • Basic knowledge of CRM systems or online sales tools is a plus.
