Type: Full-Time / Contract

Overview

We're looking for a creative, reliable Website Designer to join our team and manage multiple client websites as part of our ongoing service.

The ideal candidate will have strong design skills, great communication, and the ability to deliver professional, responsive websites using GoDaddy, Wix, and WordPress.

This role requires someone who understands client experience, communicates proactively, and consistently follows through on deadlines.

Responsibilities


• Design and build responsive websites using GoDaddy, Wix, and WordPress.


• Add essential interactive elements, including the magnifying-eye (zoom) feature.


• Ensure websites are mobile-friendly, SEO-optimized, and consistent with each client's brand.


• Communicate clearly with clients and the Project Manager to manage feedback and revisions.


• Work on multiple websites simultaneously while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail.


• Use AI tools (Claude, ChatGPT, etc.) to enhance creativity and workflow.


• Keep internal tools (ClickUp, Slack, etc.) updated with all progress and notes.


• Commit to deadlines and maintain reliable follow-up on every project.

Communication & Updates


• Provide regular updates and progress reports through Slack and ClickUp.


• Share completed stages, previews, or design drafts for feedback.


• Immediately flag any challenges or client requests that could affect timelines.


• Keep all communication professional, clear, and proactive.

Requirements


• Proven experience designing and building websites on GoDaddy, Wix, and WordPress (required).


• Excellent English communication skills — written and verbal (required).


• Experience in client-facing communication and understanding client experience.


• Creative and strong problem-solving skills.


• Reliable, organized, and capable of managing multiple projects.


• Understanding of UI/UX, responsive layouts, and basic SEO.


• Familiarity with ClickUp, Slack, or Airtable (a plus).


• Comfortable using AI tools to improve productivity and design quality.
