We are seeking a highly skilled
Senior Web Developer
with deep expertise in
WordPress development
, front-end technologies, and website optimization. The ideal candidate will lead web projects end-to-end, manage complex builds, and support the digital team in delivering high-performing, responsive, and scalable websites.

Key Responsibilities
WordPress Development

  • Develop, customize, and maintain WordPress websites using
    custom themes
    ,
    plugins
    , and
    advanced coding standards
    .
  • Build responsive and pixel-perfect UI based on Figma/Adobe XD designs.
  • Troubleshoot and fix WordPress issues related to performance, security, plugins, or compatibility.
  • Integrate APIs, third-party tools, and custom functionalities.

Front-End Development

  • Write clean, efficient code using
    HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, jQuery, Bootstrap, and React (optional)
    .
  • Ensure web pages are fully responsive, cross-browser compatible, and aligned with UX/UI best practices.
  • Optimize website speed, Core Web Vitals, and SEO-friendly structure.

Back-End & Technical Responsibilities

  • Work with PHP, MySQL, and WordPress Codex to create robust back-end solutions.
  • Maintain and update server configurations, cPanel, hosting environments, and DNS when needed.
  • Implement website security, backups, and updates following best practices.

Project Leadership

  • Lead web development projects from planning to deployment.
  • Collaborate with designers, content creators, and marketing teams to deliver high-quality digital products.
  • Provide technical guidance to junior developers.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field.
  • 5+ years of experience
    in web development with a strong focus on
    WordPress
    .
  • Proficient in PHP, MySQL, JavaScript, HTML5, CSS3, and REST APIs.
  • Strong experience with WordPress builders (Elementor, WPBakery) and custom theme development.
  • Experience with Git, version control, and deployment workflows.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and ability to handle multiple projects.
