Role Description

We are seeking a full-time Senior WordPress Developer for a hybrid role based in Cairo, Egypt, with the flexibility to work remotely for part of the time. The developer will be responsible for designing, building, and maintaining WordPress websites. This includes implementing responsive web designs, developing custom themes and plugins, optimizing the performance of websites, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring seamless user experiences. Collaboration with designers, marketers, and other team members will also be a key part of the role.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Back-End Web Development, including custom themes, plugins, and database management.
  • Strong skills in Front-End Development, Web Design, and Responsive Web Design for creating user-friendly interfaces and layouts.
  • Comprehensive experience in Web Development, with expertise in WordPress and relevant tools or frameworks.
  • Excellent understanding of web performance optimization and cross-browser compatibility.
  • Ability to manage projects, meet deadlines, and collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field is preferred.
  • Experience with e-commerce platforms and SEO optimization is a plus.
