Role Overview

We're looking for a
Senior Web Designer
who blends strategic thinking with exceptional craft—someone who can take an idea and independently turn it into a functional, on-brand, high-performing web experience.

This role is not about pixel pushing. It's about ownership.

You'll be the person we go to and say:

"We need a News page."

"Build a webinar landing page."

"Let's refresh the product area."

And you'll run with it—from research and UX thinking to design, implementation, and delivery.

You'll work closely with marketing and content leads, but you'll lead the execution. If you love designing with purpose, building without friction, and seeing your work live and driving impact—this is for you.

What You'll Own

  • Designing and building new pages, sections, and experiences in
    WordPress (Elementor)
  • Bringing ideas to life—whether it's a webinar, campaign, feature launch, or structural improvement
  • Researching best practices and competitive benchmarks before designing a solution
  • Applying brand identity, layout systems, and interaction patterns consistently and creatively
  • Ensuring all pages are responsive, accessible, SEO-friendly, and fast-loading
  • Collaborating with marketing, content, and product teams to align design with business goals
  • Monitoring performance, identifying UX friction, and implementing improvements

What We're Looking For

  • 4+ years
    of experience in web design and front-end implementation
  • Strong portfolio of sites/pages you have both
    designed and built
  • Mastery of
    WordPress + Elementor
    and hands-on skills in HTML/CSS/JS for light customisation
  • Deep understanding of UX principles, responsive design, and visual storytelling
  • Experience working with design tools like Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, or Canva
  • Comfortable working independently, taking initiative, and prioritising impact over perfection
  • Familiarity with SEO principles, performance optimisation, and web accessibility

Bonus Points

  • Experience with web animation (e.g., Lottie, microinteractions)
  • Worked with marketing tools like GA4, Hotjar, or HubSpot
  • Built scalable component libraries or design systems
