Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role based in Giza for a Personnel Specialist. The Personnel Specialist will manage employee records, oversee personnel policies, social insurance & implementation of the Egyptian labor law. Manage employee records, contracts, and official documents in compliance with labor law. Oversee social insurance processes, including registration, updates, and claims.

Qualifications

  • Strong skills in Personnel work & dealing with labor office & Social insurance offices
  • Strong expertise in Egyptian social insurance law and labor law.
  • * 3 to 5 years of relevant experience in a similar role.
  • Knowledge of industry standards and employment regulations is preferred
  • Bachelor's degree in commerce, Human Resources, Business Administration, or any related field
  • Proven organizational and time-management abilities
  • preferred to be resident of Cairo or Giza
