Personnel Specialist
to join our HR team and support the company's operations by ensuring full compliance with Egyptian labor laws, managing employee documentation, and maintaining smooth HR administrative processes.

The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, organized, and knowledgeable about personnel procedures, with strong communication skills and a solid understanding of HR systems.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and maintain accurate employee files, contracts, renewals, and documentation.
  • Oversee all personnel transactions, including hiring, resignation, and termination procedures.
  • Handle social insurance processes — registration, updates, and clearances.
  • Administer medical insurance enrollment and follow-up with providers.
  • Monitor and update attendance, vacations, and penalties records.
  • Ensure compliance with Egyptian labor law and internal policies.
  • Support audits and prepare HR reports as required.
  • Collaborate with payroll and HR teams to ensure accurate monthly data submission.
  • Provide guidance to employees regarding personnel procedures and company policies.

Qualifications

-Education:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field.

-Experience:
1–3 years of experience as a Personnel or HR Specialist (preferably in a medium to large organization).

-Knowledge:
In-depth understanding of Egyptian labor and social insurance laws.

Skills:

  • Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel).
  • Ability to handle confidential information with integrity.
