Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Process Excellence Lead located in Qesm El Sheikh Zaid. The Process Excellence Lead will be responsible for analyzing current business processes, identifying areas for improvement, and developing strategies to optimize efficiency. The role involves working closely with different departments to implement business process improvement initiatives, providing training and support to employees, and ensuring high standards of customer service. Communication with stakeholders and management to report on progress and outcomes will also be a key part of the job.

Qualifications

  • Develop and maintain the ABE Process Architecture
  • Articulate the ABE process value chain and process landscape
  • Lead process mapping, design and reengineering initiatives across all functions
  • Drive process optimization and ensure alignment with strategic objectives
  • Facilitate cross-functional meetings and workshops to identify, analuze and improve workflows
  • Define and monitor process KPIs, driving data-driven improvements
  • Oversee governance for process compliance and ownership across departments
  • Oversee governance for the ABE document control and governance framework
  • Provide guidance and training to prodess owners and stakeholders
  • Communicating with employees about process changes to ensure employees' knwoledge
  • Report process performance and improvement outcomes to the Head Of Quality and ABE Management
  • Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively with multiple departments and stakeholders
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field
  • Experience in the automotive or mobility industry is a plus
