Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets through effective upselling and cross-selling techniques.

Maintain up-to-date knowledge of all product lines, including technical specifications and industry trends.

Handle customer inquiries, resolve issues, and provide after-sales support to ensure a positive customer experience.

Process sales transactions accurately using point-of-sale systems and manage related documentation.

Organize and replenish product displays to ensure a visually appealing and well-stocked sales floor.

Collaborate with team members to execute promotional campaigns and in-store events.

Collect and relay customer feedback to management for continuous improvement.

Adhere to company policies, safety standards, and ethical sales practices at all times.

Desired Candidate Profile

Minimum of 3 years of experience in retail sales, preferably in security products or financial equipment.

Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in a fast-paced retail environment.

Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a customer-centric approach.

Ability to quickly learn and explain technical product details to customers.

Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.

Proficiency in using point-of-sale (POS) systems and basic computer applications.

Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, as required.

Self-motivated with a proactive attitude towards achieving goals.

Team player with a collaborative mindset.
