We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Direct Retail Sales Representative to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for directly engaging with customers in retail outlets, promoting our products, and delivering exceptional customer service. You will play a key role in achieving sales targets, building strong customer relationships, and enhancing the overall brand experience.
Required Governorates
Damietta, Minya, Sharekya, Assuit, Alex and Baniseuf
- Deliver persuasive product demonstrations and clearly communicate product benefits and features.
- Consistently meet or exceed assigned sales targets and performance metrics.
- Provide professional assistance to customers, addressing inquiries, handling objections, and resolving complaints.
- Maintain accurate records of daily sales activities, customer feedback, and inventory levels.
- Support in-store promotions, product launches, and merchandising initiatives.
- Monitor competitor activity and provide feedback to the sales team and management.
- Ensure compliance with company standards, policies, and retail sales guidelines.
- Minimum of 1–3 years' experience in retail sales, direct sales, or customer service.
- Very Good English Level
- Strong sales, negotiation, and persuasion skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Customer-focused with a passion for delivering excellent service.
