What You Will Enjoy Doing

  • Handle customer forecasts, orders, and call-offs to ensure alignment with production capabilities.
  • RCCP based on budget figures and customer FCST to check machine capacity.
  • Develop on monthly basis MPS based on customer order, ensuring data integrity and accuracy.
  • Track customer FCST against actual sales monthly.
  • Add customer orders to ALPLA System and create production and delivery plan.
  • Communicate any sudden changes in production or delivery plans to the customer promptly.
  • Monitor inventory levels and ensure adequate stock to meet customer demand without overstocking.
  • Monitoring stock on hand verses target and old stocks with sales to identify reasons and plan dispatches.
  • Coordinate with R&D team for any new product.
  • Develop and follow a weekly plan for packers and maintenance activities.
  • Follow up returnable packaging with customers through ALPLA system and raise to sales and finance for any gap for customer charge.
  • Follow up truck dispatch at customer side.
  • Follow Up Customer FG returns with Quality & WH.

What makes you great

  • University degree in Engineering / Business or equivalent.
  • 3-5 years of Supply Chain experience within a manufacturing company.
  • Ability to organize diverse information, analyze and solve disputes.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills with people inside and outside the organization are required.
  • Strong understanding of factors that influence manufacturing, cost and quality of operations is preferred
