Job Summary:
We are seeking a Senior BPM & Workflow Automation Engineer with deep expertise in Laserfiche Workflow and Forms to lead the design, implementation, and governance of enterprise-wide business process automation (BPM) initiatives. The role focuses on end-to-end workflow orchestration, process digitization, integration, and continuous optimization across business units.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead analysis, modeling, and automation of business processes using BPM best practices
  • Design and implement end-to-end workflows including approvals, escalations, SLAs, and exception handling
  • Develop advanced Laserfiche Workflows and Forms with scalable and auditable design
  • Orchestrate integrations between Laserfiche and ERP, Core Banking, CRM, and external systems
  • Define BPM governance standards, workflow controls, and compliance mechanisms
  • Monitor workflow performance, KPIs, and continuously optimize process efficiency
  • Provide technical leadership, mentor junior engineers, and support stakeholders
  • Maintain documentation, process diagrams, and technical artifacts

Requirements
Required Qualifications

  • Strong hands-on experience in BPM and workflow automation
  • Advanced expertise in Laserfiche Workflow and Forms
  • Experience with REST/SOAP APIs, SQL, and system integration
  • Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field
  • Laserfiche BPM / Workflow certifications
  • Experience in banking, government, or regulated industries
