Roles & Responsibilities

  1. Create detailed 3D information models of construction projects using BIM software based on the design packages and specifications.
  2. Ensure adherence to engineering standards, guidelines, and best practices throughout the creation, generation, and development of BIM works
  3. Generate shop drawings directly from the 3D BIM models, adhering to project standards and requirements at the appropriate level of development.
  4. Develop and maintain as-built drawings reflecting the actual constructed conditions, incorporating any changes or modifications made during the construction process.
  5. Prepare comprehensive documentation, including drawings, schedules, and reports extracted from the BIM model.
  6. Create visually appealing and informative 3D renderings and walkthroughs to aid in project visualization and communication.
  7. Ensuring that the BIM models are accurate and up-to-date throughout the project's lifecycle.
  8. Participate in project coordination meetings.

Minimum Qualification & Requirements

  1. Bachelor's or Master's degree in Mechanical, Electrical.
  2. Proven experience 1 to 3 years in BIM implementation and management within the construction industry.
  3. In-depth knowledge of BIM software (e.g., Revit, Navisworks, AutoCAD) and related technologies.
  4. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
