About the Role

We're looking for a
Quality Document Controller
to join our growing team and support our construction quality management operations.

This role goes beyond traditional document control — you'll help us bring
AI-driven accuracy, automation, and insight
into our quality systems to ensure project excellence and compliance across all phases.

Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain, organize, and update all
    quality-related documentation
    (procedures, inspection reports, checklists, NCRs, audits, and certifications).
  • Ensure
    document version control, traceability, and compliance
    with internal and client quality standards.
  • Collaborate with project QA/QC and engineering teams to ensure accurate and timely submission of documents.
  • Utilize
    AI-assisted tools
    to automate document tracking, improve data accuracy, and enhance reporting workflows.
  • Prepare and maintain quality files for audits and client handover packages.
  • Generate dashboards and reports summarizing key quality performance indicators.
  • Support the continuous improvement of document management processes through innovation and digital tools.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in
    Engineering, Quality Management, or related field
    .
  • 5+ years of experience in
    Document Control or Quality Management
    , ideally within
    construction or contracting
    .
  • Strong command of
    document management systems (DMS)
    such as Aconex, SharePoint, or similar platforms.
  • Familiarity with
    ISO 9001, QA/QC procedures
    , and audit requirements.
  • Proficiency in
    MS Office
    and strong attention to detail.
  • Interest or experience in
    AI-based automation, data analytics, or digital transformation tools
    (preferred).
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills (English & Arabic).
