Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Self-inspection Specialist located in Alexandria, Egypt. The Self-inspection Specialist will be responsible for conducting thorough and risk-based inspections, audits, and assessments to identify areas for improvement, assess adherence to established protocols, policies, and procedures, and mitigate potential risks beside training staff on inspection processes. This role will require a keen eye for detail, strong organizational skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with different departments.

Duties and Responsibilities

  1. Conducts regular inspections to assess the Company compliance with internal protocols, policies, procedures, and quality standards.
  2. Ensures that all departments and processes align with applicable laws and regulations.
  3. Participates and executes audits and inspections efficiently and ensures that all relevant areas are covered and evaluated and m

aintains detailed records of audit findings, observations, and recommendations.
4. Participates in the external audits, suppliers audit and distributors audit.
5. Prepares and submits comprehensive reports to superiors outlining the results of self-inspections.
6. Identifies potential risks and non-compliance issues through self-inspections.
7. Updates the Self-inspection department policies and procedures to reflect the latest compliance requirements.
8. Follows-up the effective implementation of corrective and preventive actions to ensure sustained compliance.
9. Participates in the development of the Self-inspection department's KPIs.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor degree of Pharmacy or Science
  • 1 to 4 years' experience in pharmaceutical manufacturing (Quality assurance and Internal auditing experience are preferred).
  • Deep understanding of pharmaceutical quality standards
  • Strong attention to detail and excellent analytical skills
  • Effective communication and collaboration abilities

Work Conditions

  • Location : Borg El Arab , Alexandria
  • Working Days : 5 days / Week
  • Working Hours : 8 Hours / Day
  • Transportation is provided
