Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for an English Customer Service (C1) position located in Cairo, Egypt, with the option for some remote work. The English Customer Service representative will handle day-to-day tasks such as managing inbound and outbound customer calls, providing exceptional customer support, addressing customer inquiries, and resolving issues. The role also involves support in sales, marketing, and technical queries, ensuring customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

  • Strong Customer Service and Communication skills
  • Experience in English Teaching and Training
  • Competency in Translation and related tasks
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English (C1 level)
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a hybrid work environment
  • Prior experience in a call center or customer support role is preferred
  • Detail-oriented and strong problem-solving skills
  • Bachelor's degree in relevant field is a plus
