Position Overview

We're seeking a QA Tester
to join our Alexandria team on a
hybrid basis
.

This role requires a
sharp eye for detail
, a
delivery-oriented mindset
, and a
strong sense of ownership
. You'll be responsible for ensuring that our web platforms, AI-powered assistants, and immersive VR/AR experiences meet GameIN's high standards of performance, functionality, and user experience.

Key Responsibilities

Design and execute manual and automated test cases
for web platforms, AI-based systems, and VR/AR builds (Unity-based).

Collaborate closely with developers, 3D artists, and product owners to validate functional and visual deliverables.

Perform
functional
,
UI/UX
,
cross-device
, and
performance
testing across desktop, mobile, and VR environments.

Conduct
API testing
for AI and web integrations to ensure reliability and response accuracy.

Identify, log, and track bugs using
Jira
, maintaining clear and organized test documentation.

Participate in
Agile/Scrum sprints
, providing QA insights during planning, review, and retrospectives.

Support deployment validation and post-release quality checks across environments (staging, production, VR builds).

Contribute to the continuous improvement of QA processes and testing efficiency.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science
,
Software Engineering
,
Information Systems
, or a related technical field.


2+ years of hands-on QA experience
testing
web platforms
,
AI-based applications
, or
VR/AR experiences
.

Strong understanding of
QA methodologies
,
Agile workflows
, and
SDLC
.

Practical experience with
Jira
for test case management and bug tracking.

Experience with
Unity project testing
,
browser developer tools
, or
Postman
for API validation.

Familiarity with
automation testing
tools (Selenium, Playwright, or Cypress) is a plus.


Excellent English communication skills
(written and verbal) — required for documentation, reporting, and daily team collaboration.

Exceptional attention to detail and a methodical approach to identifying and reproducing issues.

Delivery-focused, organized, and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
