About Our Client

We are partnering with a well-established and reputable Turkish knitwear garment manufacturer that produces for leading international brands. The company has a strong presence in the European and UK markets and is recognized for its commitment to sustainable production, premium quality, and innovation in textile manufacturing.

As part of our consultancy services, we are currently seeking an experienced and dynamic Quality Assurance Manager to join their leadership team.

Position Overview

The Quality Assurance Manager will be responsible for ensuring that all production processes meet international brand quality standards, maintaining customer satisfaction, and driving continuous improvement initiatives across the organization.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage all quality assurance processes, including incoming, in-line, and final inspections
  • Coordinate with brand technical teams regarding product quality, testing, and production standards
  • Supervise and develop the quality assurance team, ensuring strong technical performance
  • Define and monitor quality standards for fabrics, trims, and finished garments
  • Oversee sample fitting, measurement, and technical validation processes
  • Analyze customer complaints, identify root causes, and implement corrective and preventive actions
  • Manage continuous improvement projects to enhance product quality and reduce defect rates
  • Prepare and coordinate internal and external audits (brand or certification-based)

Qualifications & Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Textile Engineering or a related discipline
  • Minimum 8 years of experience in knitwear garment manufacturing, including at least 3 years in a managerial role
  • Previous experience working with European or UK fashion brands
  • Strong knowledge of AQL standards, quality systems, and customer technical requirements
  • Advanced level of English (written and spoken)
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
  • Willingness to travel as needed
