QA Section Head Position at SEAPRO

Key Responsibilities


• Ensure Quality Management System processes are established, implemented and maintained.


• Report to the QHSE Manager on QMS performance and identify areas for improvement.


• Promote awareness of customer requirements throughout the organization.


• Utilize relevant information and judgment to verify compliance of events or processes with laws, regulations or standards.


• Gather information from relevant sources through observation and other methods.


• Collaborate with organizational members to complete work activities.


• Analyze data to support operational decisions or activities.


• Monitor organizational procedures to confirm proper functioning.


• Prepare reports on operational progress or status.


• Develop specifications for new services or processes.


• Formulate operating strategies, plans or procedures.


• Establish organizational methods or procedures.


• Review documents or materials for adherence to policies or regulations.


• Oversee control system activities within the organization.


• Provide advice to customers on procedural matters.


• Inspect the condition or functionality of facilities or equipment.

Reporting and Interaction


• Reports to: QHSE Manager


• Internal Relationships: All departments


• External Relationships: Consultants, external agencies, and sub-contractors

Standards of Accountability


• Oversee the performance of quality control systems to guarantee effectiveness and efficiency.


• Communicate quality control information to relevant organizational departments, external vendors or contractors.


• Monitor the performance and implementation procedures of quality control systems to maintain effectiveness and efficiency.

Minimum Qualifications and Requirements

  1. Education and Experience

o Bachelor's degree in Engineering.

o +5 years of relevant experience.

o Good knowledge of ISO 9001:2015 requirements.

o Good knowledge of ISO 45001:2018 and ISO 14001:2015 requirements.

2.Certificates

o ISO 9001:2015 Lead Auditor certification is mandatory.

o Quality management courses are preferred.
