Role Overview
We are seeking a Sales Engineer to join our growing team in Cairo.
In this role, you will serve as the key connection between our clients and engineering departments—understanding customer needs, developing tailored solutions, and ensuring full satisfaction through every stage of the sales process.
You will play a strategic role in expanding Royal Defense's market presence and promoting our industry-leading products and systems.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with the technical team to analyze customer requirements and recommend the most effective and reliable solutions.
- Work with the sales team to identify business opportunities and propose customized system configurations that meet client needs.
- Prepare and deliver compelling technical presentations, product demonstrations, and solution proposals.
- Provide pre-sales and post-sales technical support, ensuring smooth implementation and ongoing customer satisfaction.
- Develop and review technical documentation, including quotations, system designs, and tender submissions.
- Serve as a technical advisor during meetings, ensuring that proposed systems align with Royal Defense standards and client expectations.
- Maintain close communication wit h clients to understand their feedback and relay insights to the product and engineering teams for continuous improvement.
- Support project execution by coordinating with internal teams to ensure timely delivery and technical compliance.
- Stay up to date with emerging technologies, market trends, and competitor offerings to support business growth.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Proven experience in Sales Engineering, Technical Sales, or System Integration.
- Strong technical background in low current systems, such as CCTV, access control, parking management, or ALPR.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills in both English and Arabic.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work collaboratively within cross-functional teams.
- Customer-focused attitude with a commitment to delivering high-quality service.
- Previous experience in the physical security, or technology integration industry is an advantage.
