Responsibilities

  • Assist in preparing annual budgets, forecasts, and monthly budget revisions for assigned departments/sectors.
  • Collect, validate, and organize financial data from various business units to ensure accuracy and consistency.
  • Support variance analysis by comparing actual results to the approved budget and highlighting deviations.
  • Prepare regular financial and budgeting reports (monthly, quarterly, yearly) for management review.
  • Assist in analyzing cost structures, spending trends, and financial performance metrics.
  • Coordinate with internal stakeholders to gather needed financial inputs and clarify budget-related inquiries.
  • Update budgeting models, financial templates, and internal databases.
  • Assist in preparing presentations and documentation for budget discussions and review meetings.
  • Support the team in implementing new budgeting tools, systems, or process improvements.
  • Ensure compliance with internal financial policies, procedures, and reporting standards.

Qualifications


• Bachelor's degree in finance, Accounting, or a related field.


• Experience: 0–2 years in budgeting, financial analysis, or related functions.


• Fresh graduates must have completed an internship in budgeting, financial planning, or finance (mandatory).


• Strong analytical and numerical skills with attention to detail.


• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, financial formulas).


• Basic understanding of budgeting principles, variance analysis, and financial statements.


• Ability to work with large datasets and maintain accuracy.


• Good communication and coordination skills.


• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.


• Familiarity with SAP systems is a plus.
