About:

The client is building an ad campaign management platform across Facebook, TikTok, and emerging platforms. Our platform helps businesses optimize ad spend, predict campaign performance, and automate customer engagement through AI-powered tools.

The Role

They are looking for a versatile Data Scientist who can unlock the value in our data.

You'll split your time:

  • 50% Analytics & BI:
    Dashboards, reports, insights, metrics
  • 40% Machine Learning:
    Predictive models, optimization, recommendations
  • 10% Infrastructure:
    Data pipelines, quality checks, documentation

This is NOT a pure research role.
You'll build dashboards AND train ML models.

What We're Looking For

Must-Haves:

  • 4+ years of Data Science experience
  • Strong SQL skills - write complex queries daily
  • Python expertise - pandas, scikit-learn, numpy, matplotlib
  • Production ML experience - deployed models that real users depend on
  • Startup/small company background - comfortable wearing multiple hats
  • Strong communication skills - explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders

Technical Skills:

  • Analytics: SQL, data visualization (Tableau/Looker/Metabase), statistical analysis
  • ML/AI: Regression, classification, clustering, time series, basic NLP
  • Tools: Jupyter, Git, Python ML stack, BI tools
  • Cloud: AWS experience is a plus

Nice-to-Have:

  • Ad tech or marketing analytics experience (CPL, ROAS, attribution)
  • PHP/Laravel familiarity
  • dbt or Analytics Engineering experience
  • A/B testing experience
  • NLP/chatbot experience
