Job Description:

We are looking for a talented and proactive Sales Executive
to join our Cybersecurity & IT Training Academy. You will be responsible for promoting our training programs, engaging with potential clients, and achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Present and explain our training services clearly and convincingly to prospective clients.
  • Manage your sales pipeline independently, ensuring follow-ups and lead tracking.
  • Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets.
  • Conduct sales via phone, WhatsApp, and Zoom meetings.
  • Maintain organized records of clients and leads (CRM or Google Sheets).
  • Collaborate with the team to continuously improve the sales process.

Requirements:

  • 1–3 years of experience in B2C or B2B sales.
  • Strong communication and persuasion skills.
  • (Preferred) Previous experience in training, cybersecurity, or IT services.
  • Good command of English (to understand technical terms and communicate with clients).
  • Proactive, self-driven, and able to manage your pipeline efficiently.
  • Professional appearance and polished communication style.
