Responsibilities
:

  • Handle incoming phone calls and respond to customer inquiries professionally.
  • Manage and reply to WhatsApp messages in a timely and clear manner.
  • Assist customers in placing orders and provide suitable product information.
  • Follow up on orders to ensure completion and customer satisfaction.
  • Update customer records and maintain accurate data on the system.
  • Coordinate with branches and internal departments to support smooth service flow.

Requirements
:

  • Minimum 1 year of experience working in pharmacies (mandatory).
  • Experience in telesales or customer service within the pharmaceutical field.
  • Strong knowledge of medications and pharmacy products.
  • Excellent communication skills and a customer-focused mindset.
  • Ability to manage phone calls and WhatsApp inquiries efficiently.
