Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales Manager located in Egypt. The Sales Manager will oversee daily sales operations, develop sales strategies, and manage client relationships to achieve company goals. Responsibilities include leading the sales team, identifying market opportunities, preparing sales forecasts, and ensuring customer satisfaction. This role contributes to driving revenue growth while maintaining alignment with organizational objectives.
Qualifications
- Strong background in Sales Strategy Development, Business Development, and Market Analysis
- Proven skills in Team Leadership, Client Relationship Management, and Conflict Resolution
- Proficiency in Communication, Negotiation, and Problem-Solving
- Experience in CRM Tools, Forecasting, and Sales Performance Metrics
- Ability to analyze trends and adapt strategies to meet market demands
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
- Previous experience in the F&B sector or manufacturing industry is a strong advantage
- Fluency in English and proficiency in Arabic
