Job Location: Mohandiseen, Giza
To lead and manage the sales function to achieve the company's revenue and market share objectives through strategic planning, market development, and team leadership. The Sales Manager will oversee the entire sales cycle — from market analysis and planning to execution, monitoring, and performance reporting — ensuring sustainable business growth.

Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement annual and quarterly sales plans aligned with the company's overall business goals.
Lead, motivate, and manage the sales team to achieve or exceed assigned sales targets.
Identify new business opportunities, distributors, and sales channels across Egypt and export markets.
Analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitor activities to adjust sales strategies accordingly.
Manage key accounts and build strong, long-term relationships with distributors and major clients.
Collaborate with the production and planning teams to align sales forecasts with manufacturing capacity.
Oversee pricing policies, promotional offers, and negotiation of large contracts.
Prepare and present monthly sales performance reports and profitability analyses to top management.
Supervise collections and ensure payment terms and credit limits are adhered to.
Participate in exhibitions, trade fairs, and marketing campaigns to promote the company's brand and products.
Recruit, train, and evaluate sales team members to maintain a high-performance culture.

Qualifications and Requirements:
• Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Commerce, Marketing, or a related field.
• Experience: Minimum 10 years of experience in sales, including at least 5 years in a managerial role within home appliances or industrial manufacturing.
• Skills:
o Proven record of achieving sales targets in competitive markets.
o Strong leadership and team management capabilities.
o Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
o Analytical mindset and strategic thinking.
o Proficiency in MS Excel, CRM systems, and ERP software.
o Strong market awareness and networking skills.
o Fluent in English (spoken and written).
