Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in 6th of October at our new store for a Sales Manager. The Sales Manager will oversee sales operations, develop strategies to meet sales targets, and build strong client relationships. Responsibilities include managing a team of sales representatives, tracking sales performance, identifying growth opportunities, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

  • Strong sales and negotiation skills with a proven track record in achieving sales targets
  • Team management and leadership abilities to lead and motivate sales teams
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for building client relationships
  • Strategic planning, market analysis, and business development experience
  • Proficiency with sales programs and sales tools; familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to challenges
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
  • Experience in home styling, furniture, or design industries is a plus
