Role Description

The Tax Supervisor will oversee all tax-related activities, ensuring full compliance with local regulations and internal policies. The role includes reviewing tax filings, supporting audits, and monitoring changes in tax laws. You will work closely with finance teams to ensure accurate tax reporting and develop efficient tax strategies. This position requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to provide guidance to junior team members. It is ideal for a proactive professional who can manage deadlines and drive continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

  • upervise the preparation and filing of tax returns (corporate income tax, VAT, withholding tax, etc.) in a timely and accurate manner.
  • Review and verify tax computations, reports, and documentation to ensure compliance with legal requirements.
  • Monitor changes in tax laws and regulations and ensure proper implementation.
  • Coordinate and support internal and external tax audits.
  • Develop tax strategies to minimize tax liabilities while ensuring compliance.
  • Maintain accurate tax records and documentation.
  • Work closely with finance and accounting teams to ensure proper tax treatment of transactions.
  • Prepare regular tax status reports and present findings to management.
  • Provide guidance and training to the tax/finance team as needed.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting.
  • Previous experience working within the
    Saudi
    market is a
    must ( Zakat )
  • 5+
    years of tax experience, including at least 2 years in a supervisory role.
  • Professional certification ( CPA, CMA, CTA ) is preferred.
  • Residing in New Cairo.
