About the Role:

We're seeking an experienced General Manager with a solid background in managing large-scale operations within the mobility or technology sectors. The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker with hands-on operational experience and a proven record in scaling tech-based or service-driven businesses.

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee daily operations across all departments (Operations, Marketing, Customer Support, Finance, and Technology).

  • Develop and execute business strategies to achieve company objectives and market growth.

  • Lead, mentor, and motivate cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and high performance.

  • Monitor key business metrics and report performance.

  • Oversee budgeting, financial planning, and cost optimization.

  • Identify and build strategic partnerships that strengthen Wasaleeny's market position.

  • Ensure consistent service quality and customer satisfaction.

Requirements:

  • 10+ years of experience in business management, operations, or leadership roles.

  • Strong background in the mobility, logistics, or technology industry.

  • Proven ability to lead and scale fast-paced, tech-driven businesses.

  • Excellent leadership, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or Engineering.

  • Fluent in English
