Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a General Manager located in Cairo. The General Manager will oversee the day-to-day operations of the company, develop strategic plans, manage budgets, and ensure the efficient running of projects. Responsibilities include leading a team, coordinating across different departments, monitoring progress on projects, and maintaining high standards of quality and customer satisfaction. The General Manager will also be involved in business development activities to expand the company's market presence.

Qualifications

  • Experience in leadership roles, strategic planning, and team management
  • Strong project management skills and ability to oversee multiple projects simultaneously
  • Knowledge of glass and metal architecture systems, consulting, and design
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work on-site in Cairo
  • Bachelor's degree or higher in Business Administration, Engineering, or related field
  • Experience in the construction or architectural industry is a plus
