Job Title: Export Specialist

Location: Obour City

Job Description

  • Plan and organize transport routes by conducting detailed studies of cost-effective trade routes.
  • Select the most efficient means of transport to meet both cost and time requirements.
  • Ensure the safe delivery of goods by supervising handling and proper care during transport.
  • Prepare and manage all necessary documentation for domestic and export operations.
  • Verify deliveries according to customer specifications and ensure all deadlines are met.
  • Coordinate with AR and Finance teams regarding payments, credit facilities, and account reconciliation.
  • Maintain compliance with international trade regulations, licenses, and tariffs.
  • Follow up on the full export process, including packing, production, shipping lines, and banking procedures.
  • Manage costing, charging, and logistics documentation to ensure smooth customs clearance and on-time deliveries.
  • Oversee the complete export operation from start to finish.
  • Arrange and complete all necessary paperwork to certify that exported goods are legitimate and compliant with regulations.

Job Requirements

  • Experience in the food industry (FMCG) is a must.
  • Preferably with experience in exporting to Russia.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong team player with the ability to coordinate effectively with multiple departments.
  • Strong planning, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
  • Good knowledge of international routes and logistics processes.
  • Fluent in English (spoken and written).
  • Deep knowledge of international trade laws and export documentation.
  • Proficient in computer and ERP systems.
