Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Al Ḩamul for an Export Specialist. The Export Specialist will be responsible for managing the transportation and logistics of goods, ensuring compliance with international trade regulations, coordinating with clients and suppliers, preparing export documentation, and tracking shipments. The role will also involve identifying new opportunities for expansion and maintaining strong relationships with international partners.

Job summary:

Responsible for managing all export operations for a construction/decoration and aluminum facades company, from opening markets and developing international clients to executing shipments and ensuring delivery in accordance with specifications, time and cost.

Duties and responsibilities.

Develop an annual export plan for target markets.

  • Follow up on export documentation, shipping, customs, insurance and international standards.

Coordinate with the production/installation team to ensure products comply with foreign market requirements.

Visit external customers and distributors when necessary and participate in trade shows.

Prepare quotations and shipping plans and analyze export costs and profit margins.

Build and strengthen relationships with external customers and suppliers. Follow up on after-sales performance. Follow up on after-sales performance. Follow up on after-sales performance. Requirements:

Experience in export, ideally in construction/decoration or aluminum facades.

Knowledge of export procedures, Incoterms, shipping and logistics.

Technical background or work experience in façade/aluminum materials.

Fluency in English and Arabic, and another language for the target market.

Excellent negotiator and communicator with international experience.

Preferred skills:

Network in a foreign market.

Knowledge of architectural facade systems or aluminium installation.

Experience in exhibitions or international marketing.
