Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in El Sherouk for an Export Specialist. The Export Specialist will handle export documentation, manage communication with clients and partners, and ensure the efficient transportation of goods. The role also involves providing excellent customer service while complying with regulatory requirements for import and export processes. Additional tasks may include liaising with freight providers, coordinating with internal teams, and resolving any logistics or documentation challenges promptly.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Export Documentation, Import, and Export processes
  • Strong Communication and Customer Service skills
  • Familiarity with international trade regulations and practices
  • Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and problem-solving skills
  • Proficiency with relevant software tools for managing export and logistics operations
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, International Trade, or a related field is preferred
  • Prior experience in an export or logistics role is an advantage
