The Process Engineer is responsible for
designing, optimizing, and controlling manufacturing and assembly processes
.

The role ensures high levels of
quality, efficiency, safety, cost-effectiveness
, and supports continuous improvement across assembly lines and in-house component production.

Key responsibilities:

·   Develop and improve
assembly processes
for Car, including chassis assembly, electrical system integration, battery mounting, and body finishing.

·   Design
standard operating procedures (SOPs)
and detailed work instructions for all assembly stages.

·   Define optimal
manpower, tools, and machine requirements
for each workstation.

·   Improve factory layout and workflow to reduce movement, waste, and bottlenecks

·   Lead root-cause analysis and corrective actions for process issues or defects.

·   Establish KPIs such as cycle time, scrap rate, rework rate, and OEE (Overall Equipment Effectiveness)

·   Manage production trials, line balancing, and process validation activities

·   Ensure all processes comply with
ISO standards
, factory safety guidelines, and electric vehicle manufacturing best practices.

·  Work closely with
R&D
for new model introduction and manufacturability improvements

Required Qualifications & Experience:

·  Bachelor's Degree in
Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related field
.

·  2–4 years of experience as a Process Engineer in
automotive, Home Appliance, or mechanical assembly manufacturing
.

·  Strong knowledge of Assembly line balancing & lean manufacturing

·
Knowledge of
quality systems (ISO 9001, IATF 16949 preferred

·  Ability to coordinate between multiple departments

·  Hands-on mindset and shop-floor engagement

·  Analytical and structured problem-solving skills

·  Strong communication and documentation abilities
