What will your mission in the company be?
As a Planning Manager, you will define and control macro and micro project planning, ensuring full alignment with Production, Testing, Supply Chain, and Project Management. You will coordinate operational activities, secure deadlines, and support decision-making with accurate planning data. You will monitor progress, identify deviations, ensure adherence to the productive process, and maintain smooth communication between departments. A training period will be provided upon joining to ensure full integration into planning tools and processes.

Functions And Responsibilities

  • Define and manage macro and micro planning for the project.
  • Coordinate all operational activities with PM, Production, Testing, and Supply Chain.
  • Ensure compliance with all deadlines and milestones established in the planning.
  • Oversee and ensure alignment with the defined productive process.
  • Conduct production control and track progress of operations.
  • Monitor performance, detect deviations proactively, and take corrective actions.
  • Facilitate communication and alignment between all departments involved.
  • Support management decision-making with updated planning data and performance indicators.

Education

  • Degree in Engineering or related technical field.

Required Professional Experience

  • Minimum of 5 years in planning, production planning, or project coordination roles.
  • Experience in industrial, railway, manufacturing, or similar environments is an advantage.
  • Strong ability to work in a dynamic, deadline-driven environment.

Technical and/or practical knowledge valued

  • Strong knowledge of planning methodologies and production control.
  • High proficiency in planning tools (MS Project, Primavera, or similar).
  • Strong analytical, communication, and coordination skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple activities in parallel.
  • Customer-oriented mindset and proactive problem-solving abilities.
