Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Civil Supervision Manager based in New Cairo. The Civil Supervision Manager will oversee and monitor day-to-day activities on construction sites to ensure that projects adhere to design specifications, safety standards, and quality controls. Responsibilities include managing site personnel, coordinating with project management teams, conducting inspections, and ensuring compliance with urban planning codes. The manager will also play a key role in addressing on-site challenges and facilitating communication between stakeholders to meet project deadlines and objectives.

Qualifications

  • Demonstrated Supervisory and Site Supervision skills to lead teams and oversee on-site operations.
  • Proficiency in Quality Control and adherence to safety standards and project specifications.
  • Excellent Communication skills for effective coordination with teams and stakeholders.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and decision-making capabilities for on-the-spot project challenges.
  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field is required.
  • Experience in urban planning projects is highly desirable.
