Responsibilities

  • Review and validate design documents and shop drawings to ensure accuracy and compliance with project specifications and standards.
  • Plan, schedule, and manage daily site activities to achieve project milestones efficiently and safely.
  • Supervise on-site construction works, ensuring adherence to approved drawings, quality standards, and safety regulations.
  • Coordinate and manage subcontractors to ensure timely and high-quality execution of assigned tasks.
  • Oversee the delivery of completed works to consultants and end users, ensuring all requirements are met and documented.
  • Review and verify subcontractor progress releases and claims prior to approval.
  • Prepare and submit detailed progress reports to the Project Manager, highlighting accomplishments, challenges, and recommended actions

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in civil engineering
    with
    10 years of professional experience
    in construction and site supervision of civil projects.
  • Demonstrated
    leadership and communication skills
    , effectively coordinating teams, subcontractors, and stakeholders to achieve project goals.
  • Extensive experience in the
    execution and supervision of civil works
    , including
    excavation, concrete, masonry, structural steel, finishing, and cladding activities
    .
  • Skilled in managing
    site operations
    and ensuring compliance with
    project specifications, quality standards, and safety regulations
    .
  • Proficient in
    planning, monitoring, and controlling
    daily site activities to ensure timely delivery of project milestones.
  • Experienced in the
    installation of shelters and ancillary structures
    as part of overall civil works scope.
  • Adept at reviewing
    designs and shop drawings
    , coordinating with consultants, and ensuring accuracy before execution.
