Responsibilities

  • Design and implement backend services using 
    Python
     and 
    FastAPI
    .
  • Ensure high performance and responsiveness to requests from the front-end.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.
  • Optimize database performance and ensure secure data exchange.
  • Mentor junior developers and promote coding best practices.
  • Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code.

Skills & Experience Required:

  • 5+ years of professional experience in backend development using 
    Python
    .
  • Strong proficiency in 
    FastAPI
     for building APIs.
  • Experience with RESTful API design and development.
  • Proficient in working with databases (POSTGRES/SQL/NoSQL) and ORMs.
  • Hands-on experience with event-driven and message queue architectures.
  • Familiarity with modern CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.
  • Knowledge of database optimization and tuning.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication skills and a collaborative mindset.

Bonus Skills:

  • Familiarity with other frameworks like Flask or Django.
  • Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure).
  • Knowledge of containerization tools like Docker and Kubernetes.
