Full Stack Engineer (TypeScript, , MongoDB)

We're looking for a
Full Stack Engineer
to join our fast-growing early-stage team and help us scale our platform as we expand. You'll play a key role in building core product functionality, designing reliable APIs, and laying the technical foundation to support high growth and seamless operations.

You'll work across the entire stack — from database design to third-party integrations — and collaborate directly with the founders to deliver an exceptional experience to restaurants and their customers.

What You'll Do

  • Build and maintain integrations with delivery platforms, restaurant systems, and POS tools.
  • Design and implement secure, scalable RESTful APIs for our core features.
  • Develop production-ready, mobile-responsive, and SEO-optimized Web Applications.
  • Refactor and optimize our MongoDB database schema for performance and scalability.
  • Lead POS integrations and real-time data syncs to power dynamic restaurant workflows.
  • Collaborate with the team on evolving our infrastructure, architecture, and best practices.
  • Work with DevOps to improve deployment reliability, monitoring, and performance.
  • Drive end-to-end development cycles: scoping, development, testing, and release.

What We're Looking For

  • 3–5 years
    of professional experience building and shipping production-ready full stack applications.
  • Strong proficiency with
    TypeScript

  • Proven experience designing scalable, performant RESTful APIs.
  • Experience with
    third-party integrations
    , especially with POS systems or delivery platforms.
  • Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, AWS services, and cloud-native architecture.
  • Hands-on experience in improving database performance and schema design.
  • A startup mindset: ownership, adaptability, and eagerness to contribute beyond your role.
  • Ability to write clean, maintainable, and well-tested code.
  • Strong communication skills and willingness to collaborate in a fast-paced environment.

Bonus Points

  • Experience with Redis and caching strategies.
  • Exposure to serverless architecture (AWS Lambda or similar).
  • Experience with restaurant tech or food delivery ecosystems.
  • Familiarity with modern DevOps tooling and observability (e.g., Docker, Prometheus, CloudWatch).
  • A passion for solving real-world problems in hospitality and restaurant operations.
