We are hiring: Senior Full-Stack Engineer (Full-time, On-site – Cairo)

Nanovate is building Arabic-first AI products and enterprise solutions that require strong engineering foundations, reliable back-end systems, and seamless user experiences. We are looking for a Senior Full-Stack Engineer who can own end-to-end development, collaborate closely with our AI team, and play a critical role in scaling our platform and client solutions.

Role Overview

As a Senior Full-Stack Engineer, you will be responsible for developing, maintaining, and scaling our core web applications and internal tools. You will work closely with our machine learning team to integrate AI capabilities, build robust APIs, and ensure production-level reliability and performance. This is a high-ownership role within the early team.

Responsibilities


• Design, develop, and maintain end-to-end web applications and internal systems


• Build scalable, secure back-end services and APIs to support our AI products


• Collaborate with ML engineers to integrate models, pipelines, and inference endpoints


• Manage deployment, basic MLOps processes, CI/CD, and production environments


• Implement clean UI and UX workflows in collaboration with the front-end engineer


• Ensure code quality, performance optimization, documentation, and best practices


• Work closely with the CTO on architecture and technical decision-making


• Contribute to planning, sprint execution, and cross-functional coordination

Requirements


• Minimum 4 to 6 years of professional experience as a full-stack or back-end engineer


• Strong proficiency in , Python, or similar server-side technologies


• Solid experience with modern front-end frameworks such as React or


• Strong understanding of microservices, REST APIs, authentication, and cloud deployment


• Experience with databases (SQL and NoSQL) and scalable architecture


• Familiarity with Docker, CI/CD pipelines, and basic DevOps or MLOps workflows


• Ability to collaborate with ML engineers and integrate AI services


• Strong ownership, problem solving, and technical communication skills


• Ability to work full-time on-site in Cairo in a fast-moving early-stage environment
