Key Responsibilities

  • Develop, maintain, and optimize scalable front-end and back-end applications.
  • Lead the design and implementation of system architecture and technical solutions.
  • Build high-quality React interfaces with strong performance and clean code.
  • Develop secure, efficient REST APIs using (NestJS/Express/Fastify).
  • Collaborate with product, design, and backend teams to ship features end-to-end.
  • Implement best practices for code quality, testing, and performance optimization.
  • Handle database design, queries, and optimization (SQL/NoSQL).
  • Apply security standards (Authentication, Authorization, OWASP).
  • Manage caching, queues, and background jobs when needed.
  • Participate in code reviews and mentor mid/junior developers.
  • Support CI/CD pipelines and containerized deployments (Docker).
  • Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve complex technical issues.

Requirements

Senior Full-Stack Developer (React + )

Minimum experience: 5+ years


Front-End (React)

  • Strong JavaScript/TypeScript skills
  • Advanced React (hooks, performance, optimization)
  • Experience with (SSR/SSG/ISR, App Router, API Routes)
  • State management: Redux Toolkit / Zustand / React Query


Back-End )

  • Deep understanding of internals (Event Loop, Streams, async patterns)
  • Strong experience with NestJS or Express/Fastify
  • Building scalable REST APIs
  • Databases: PostgreSQL / MySQL / MongoDB
  • ORM/ODM: Prisma / TypeORM / Sequelize / Mongoose


Architecture & Security

  • Clean architecture & modular design
  • Microservices (nice to have)
  • Caching: Redis
  • Message brokers: RabbitMQ or Kafka
  • API security, JWT/OAuth2, OWASP fundamentals
