Senior Full stack Engineer

We are looking for senior Full stack engineer (Node js-Typescript), to join our team.

Job Description

-Designing and developing scalable full stack web solutions using using Type script

-Design and construction of our REST API using NestJS framework

-Design and deployment of our database in PostgreSQL

-Working with SQL and NoSQL databases

-Working with object-relational mapping (ORM) using Prisma

-Working with Event-driven architecture

-Working with Microservices architecture

-Working with performance optimizations and caching using Redis

-Testing and fixing bugs or other coding issues

-Maintaining code quality through best practices, unit testing and code quality automation

-Utilizing best practices for design, development, security, CI/CD and scalability

-Participating in code reviews and providing guidance on how to solve issues/concerns

-Build reusable modules and libraries for future use.

-Working closely and communicating adequately with Product Managers, Backend Developers, Quality Assurance Engineers and UX Developers to achieve team goals.

-Working on tools like JIRA, Git, GitHub Actions, Jenkins, AWS, Cloud Formation, Ansible, Terraform, Kubernetes, Docker or relevant

-Working with monitoring tools like Sentry and EKS

-Leveraging AI tools like Claude Code, Cursor, and ChatGPT as a development assistant, integrate them into your workflow by using ChatGPT for planning and brainstorming, Cursor for in-IDE coding and real-time assistance, and Claude Code for large-scale automation and system-level tasks.

Job Requirement:

-Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field (or equivalent practical experience).

-7+ years of professional experience in full-stack or backend development using and TypeScript.

Prior experience in building distributed systems or cloud-native applications is a strong plus.

-Proficiency in and TypeScript, with hands-on experience in building scalable, production-grade applications.

-Strong expertise with NestJS framework for designing and developing RESTful APIs.

-Proven experience with PostgreSQL, including schema design, optimization, and performance tuning.

-Solid understanding of ORM tools, particularly Prisma, for database modeling and migrations.

-Experience with both SQL and NoSQL databases, and an understanding of when to use each.

-Knowledge of event-driven and microservices architectures, including message brokers (e.g., SQS, NATS, Kafka, or similar).

-Experience implementing caching solutions and performance optimization techniques using Redis.

-Strong understanding of software testing, including unit testing, integration testing, and debugging.

-Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and automation using tools such as GitHub Actions, Jenkins, Ansible, or Terraform.

-Containerization and orchestration experience with Docker and Kubernetes (EKS).

-Experience with cloud infrastructure (AWS preferred) and Infrastructure-as-Code tools (CloudFormation or Terraform).

-Monitoring and observability experience using tools such as Sentry, Prometheus, or ELK Stack.

-Knowledge of software security best practices, scalable architecture, and clean code principles.

-Ability to leverage AI-powered tools like Claude Code, Cursor, and ChatGPT to enhance development efficiency and code quality.

-Strong collaboration skills, working closely with Product Managers, Backend Developers, QA Engineers, and UX/UI teams.

-Experience using Agile methodologies and project management tools like JIRA.
