Location: Al Hosary – 6th of October City, Egypt

Quick is seeking an experienced Full Stack Tech Lead to join our growing technology team. We are looking for a strong technical leader with deep expertise in ASP.NET
Core and Angular, capable of guiding developers and delivering high-quality, scalable software solutions.

Key Responsibilities

Lead and mentor a team of 8–12 developers (Full Stack, Senior Engineers, iOS & Android).

Architect, design, and develop full-stack applications using ASP.NET
Core / Web API and Angular.

Collaborate with product managers and stakeholders to translate business needs into technical requirements.

Manage the end-to-end software development lifecycle using Agile/Scrum.

Ensure code quality, performance, security, and maintainability.

Encourage knowledge sharing and alignment between web and mobile teams.

Troubleshoot complex technical issues and continuously improve processes and tools.

Conduct performance evaluations and support in hiring and team development.

Required Technical Skills

7+ years of hands-on experience with ASP.NET
Core / Web API and Angular (latest versions).

Strong knowledge of HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript/TypeScript, REST APIs, SQL Server, and Entity Framework.

Familiarity with mobile development technologies (Flutter, React Native, or Native).

Understanding of architecture patterns such as Microservices and SPA.

Experience with Git, CI/CD (Azure DevOps), and cloud platforms (Azure or AWS).

Proficiency in testing tools like xUnit and Jasmine/Karma.
