Are you detail-oriented, proactive, and passionate about delivering flawless travel experiences? DMCMENA—a leading B2B tourism and destination management company—is looking for an Assistant Traffic Manager to join our dynamic Operations team in Egypt.

What You'll Do:

  • Conduct post-tour debrief sessions with guides and field reps to gather actionable feedback on hotels, transfers, meals, and excursions.
  • Ensure 100% program fidelity: itineraries are executed exactly as planned—no deviations without approval.
  • Uphold brand standards & safety compliance: verify staff professionalism, vehicle conditions, guide certifications, and secure required permits with local authorities.
  • Collaborate closely with the Operations Manager and the Tour Leaders to confirm participant numbers and manage reservations with suppliers, restaurants, and transport providers.
  • Report complaints immediately and drive continuous improvement by updating operational files based on real-world performance.
  • Prepare and distribute comprehensive Guide Information Sheets (name, language, cost, contact, commission) to Reservations, Finance, and Logistics teams.
  • Support Tour Leaders & Guides: confirm their accommodations, meals, and schedules—and ensure they receive full itineraries, hotel contacts, emergency numbers, and meal details.
  • Manage transport coordination: verify all reservations include participant counts, group codes, TRF requirements, and precise pickup times.
  • Negotiate and secure competitive rates and new bus availability from transportation partners.

Who You Are:

  • Highly organized with strong communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Experienced in tour operations, ground handling, or travel logistics (B2B preferred).
  • Committed to quality, safety, and client satisfaction.
  • Fluent in English (Arabic a plus).
